For a general Vacate Clean we do the following:-
Bathroom/Laundry: Basins/sinks and taps cleaned. Shower screen, shower base and walls tiles cleaned, and shower fixtures. Ceiling fan cleaned, toilet cleaned and sanitized. Bath cleaned, including taps, bath fixtures and surrounding tiles. All mirrors are wiped and polished. Doors cleaned, including door handles, and scuff marks on door itself.
Kitchen: All kitchen cabinets cleaned and polished. Oven/griller/cook tops all cleaned and polished, range hood and filter degreased and cleaned. All benches cleaned and polished. Sinks, taps and splash back cleaned and polished.
Room: Pronounced scuff marks on walls are removed, especially around light switches.
All cob webs removed especially around crown moldings. Dust and soil removed around all floor skirting. Room door handle and surface cleaned to remove scuff marks/dirt. All walls spot cleaned. Built-in wardrobes cleaned throughout, including wall/door spot cleaning.
Walls: Majority of scuff marks removed.
Floors: All floors are vacuumed, mopped or steam cleaned. Carpets are vacuumed and steam cleaned OR floors mopped.
Windows: All interior of windows are cleaned, including the sills and tracks.
