KnuWhizz offers cleaning services in Brown Hill. Brown Hill is a small suburb about five kilometers east of the Central Business District of Ballarat. We arrived on site and was greeted by the client.
The unit was small and pockets of dirt here and there. We found that there were over fifteen windows. This is one of the first units with this many windows for Brown Hill Vacate Cleaning.
Vacate Cleaning – Windows
A diluted solution of ammonia and water is the best solution for window cleaning. Window cleaning is a bit of an art and can take a while to learn a good technique. A good start is a squeegee which you can pick up at most cleaning supply stores. Make sure it has a brass or metal front and is of decent quality. Plastic handle squeegees might break and wont provide adequate cleaning. Also a good glass microfiber cloth and a sponge will be required.
Step 1: Wash the window with detergent and water. A handle with woolen cover is best and will remove loose dirt and dust from the surface of the window.
Step 2: Using a microfiber cloth soak the window in the diluted ammonia and water solution.
Step 3: Using the squeegee start at the top left of the window and work across left to right. Be sure as you turn the squeege to go down and back right to left capture the solution on the rubber portion of the squeegee.
Step 4: Continue working down left to right, top to bottom till you reach the bottom of the window. Be sure to remove all excess water and ammonia from the surface.
Step 5: Remove any left over liquid from the surface with dry cloth or towel.
Step 6: Final inspection and touch up with dry or damp glass microfiber.
