General Terms
- Arrival time is an estimated time. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Specific requirements must be clearly stated to the cleaner before job commences to enable us to provide a satisfactory service.
- No pets must be on premises for the job. If it is an End of Lease then all furniture and floors must be free of furniture and boxes.

Access to Property
- Access to the property needs to be clear and with obstruction. Any obstruction will cause a delay and incur an additional hour of cleaning time charged to the original rate booked.
- Health hazards or any dangers must be conveyed to the KnuWhizz before the job commences.
- Electricity and water must be present for the job to be performed. Please ensure that these are still on for the job to be performed.
- Parking must be arranged prior to the job by the customer. All parking infringements will be incurred by the customer.
General Cleaning Terms
- Pets must be locked away at all times.
- Obscene language or violence or any threat to a cleaners safety will not be tolerated. This may result in termination of service. We will not be held liable for any loss or additional charges.
- Houses must be left unlocked whilst cleaner is cleaning.
- Environment must be safe and secure for the job to be performed.
- No guarantees are given for clients to receive a “full bond refund” nor are any guarantees that “all” hair, all “marks on walls” or all carpet stains can be removed by KnuWhizz Cleaning Services.
Pricing and Payment Terms
- All jobs must be paid for in cash.
- Price quotes over the phone are a base or estimate price. We reserve the right to alter this price when we perform a physical inspection on the premises. Depending on size, condition and dirt level of the property these prices will vary.
- For Vacate Cleans all payments for the job must be made up front before work commences. For all other services payment must be made on the day at the start or completion of the job.
- For a return clean for a Vacate Clean KnuWhizz must be notified within 72 hours after clean to be able to make a return visit. A partial refund will be applicable only after a return visit has been made to rectify the previous cleaning job.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation to service must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the time of service.
- Cancellations to service less than 48 hours will incur the cost of one hour of cleaning fees.
- End of Lease Cleaning cancellations less than 48 hours from job start time will incur a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellation charges must be paid by cash on arrival at premises.
- If any employee of KnuWhizz do not feel safe or the job site is dangerous to health we reserve the right to refuse the job on arrival. KnuWhizz will not be held liable for any loss to customer or additional charges.
